About us:

Our Founder, Gareth Broome, has spent nearly two decades specialising in the financial services industry and is an expert when it comes to all things property finance.

Having worked as a Relationship Manager for multiple lenders across his career, Gareth understands exactly what a lender is looking for and how best to present every application. During his time he became a technical expert for many complex property transactions including portfolio restructures and incorporations, specialist student accommodation, HMO’s, serviced accommodation and many more.

In 2020 he took a leap of faith to leave a comfortable career to focus on building a business aligned around his strong values and family ethic; and so the journey to create Eastgate Commercial Finance began.

Admittedly, a global pandemic and national lockdowns weren’t the ideal start, but Gareth was privileged to have the support of some fantastic clients and introducers and the business has rapidly gone from strength to strength. In 2022 we were delighted to raise more over £20,000,000 across multiple asset types for our valued clients.
